Диссертация
Двухстороннее удаление надпочечников проводили для того, чтобы освободить рецепторы от эндогенных кортикостероидов (Kalimi М. et. al., 1975). После эфирного наркоза животное помещали на операционную площадку спиной кверху и закрепляли. Удалив шерсть, кожу смазывали спиртом и делали срединный разрез чуть ниже ребер.
