Эффекты Альфа2-адренергических препаратов на уровень мРНК генов апоптоза в онтогенезе головного мозга крыс в норме и при гипоксии
Впервые показано, что последствия гипоксии зависят от отдела мозга: в мозжечке увеличивается содержание мРНК проапоптозного белка ВАХ, тогда как в гиппокампе уровень мРНК ключевого фермента апоптоза каспазы-3, напротив, снижается.
