Диссертация
Поскольку в основе токсического эффекта глутамата на нейроны лежит перегрузка клеток кальцием и нарушение кальциевого гомеостаза клетки, мы исследовали влияние тромбина на вызываемое глутаматом увеличение- в нейронах гиппокампа.
