Научная новизна. Впервые на основе электрофизиологических, молекулярных, иммуноцитохимических методов было проведено комплексное исследование белков плотных контактов в эпителии кишки крысы. Получены новые данные, свидетельствующие о том, что экспрессия этих белков коррелирует с электрофизиологическими показателями, отражающими интенсивность ионного транспорта в различных отделах кишки.
