Конкретные формы организации управления качеством в различных странах обусловлены принятыми там моделями организационно-правового регулирования., однако в рамках конвергенционных процессов наблюдается определенное их сближение и формирование новой альтернативной модели, что обусловлено ограниченностью как чисто рыночной, так и бюрократической модели. - Работниками в рамках предприятия считаются работающие на полную и неполную ставку, по долгосрочным и временным контрактам. (Не путать с labour force!)
- WORLD OF WORK сфера труда. He совсем точный, но часто используемый термин для описания совокупности организаций, институтов, связей и деятельности, связанной с производством и обменом произведенными продуктами
- WORK ORGANISATION организация труда. Распределение задач и ответственности между работниками в рамках предприятия или организации или их подразделений
- WORK ROLE трудовая функция. Термин описывает совокупность полезных операций/конкретных профессиональных функций/ действий, которые человек должен осуществлять в рамках конкретной трудовой деятельности/на рабочем месте
- EMPLOYEES работники. Наиболее общий термин, обозначающий людей, работающих по найму, не являющихся предпринимателями и самозанятыми. В международной практике предполагает наличие контракта с работодателем
- SELF-EMPLOYMENT самозанятость. Самозанятость предполагает занятость, при которой отсутствует работодатели и работники, или число последних незначительно
- SELF-EMPLOYED самозанятые. Лица, самостоятельно обеспечивающие себя работой (предприниматели, фермеры)
- UNEMPLOYED — безработный. Человек в трудоспособном возрасте, ищущий работу и не имеющий возможности получить работу в соответствие со своим образованием, профилем, трудовыми навыками
- SOCIAL DIALOGUE социальный диалог. Форма реализации социального партнерства, процесс взаимодействия социальных партнеров
- TRIPARTITE BODIES трехсторонние органы (социального партнерства). Как правило, комиссии, представляющие три стороны социального партнерства классического типа
- TRAINING MARKET рынок образовательных услуг. Рынок, на котором происходит обмен образовательных услуг между теми, кто их предоставляет, и потребителями
- TAX EXEMPTION освобождение от налогов. В международной практике -частичное освобождение от ряда налогов предприятий, организующих обучение своих сотрудников
- Образовательные ваучеры предназначены для повышения ответственности обучаемого за свое обучение за счет предоставляемой возможности выбора учебного заведения, формы и времени обучения
