Корригирующее влияние селенового статуса у обследуемых с нарушениями функции почек в условиях Забайкальской биогеохимической провинции
Исследование селенового статуса у лиц с нарушением функции почек показало, что применение препарата «Неоселен» в дозе 500 мг/сутки в течение 3 недель с последующим переходом на постоянный прием по 50 мкг в сутки обосновано для коррекции функционального состояния и селенового статуса организма.
