Всасывание продуктов гидролиза белков и углеводов: механизмы и регуляция
Диссертация
Изменение всасывания аминокислот в тонкой кишке при безбелковых диетах, а также при диетах с низким содержанием белка (3−5%), по своему характеру сходно с таковым при полном голодании (Kansal, Wahie, 1981; Karasov et al., 1987).
