Диссертация
Показана важность значения длины волны Ферми для регулярности ос-цилляций Ааронова-Бома (ОАБ). При уменьшении длины волны Ферми, картина токовых линий в образце претерпевает переход от ламинарного течения тока к возникновению решётки вихрей и, далее, к хаотической вихревой структуре. Из-за образования множества вихрей линии тока вероятности электрона становятся неустойчивы к начальным условиям… Читать ещё >
