Транзисторы большой мощности (реферат, курсовая, диплом, контрольная)
Транзисторы большой мощности биполярные до 100 Вт и силовые с током коллектора до 100 А широко используются в преобразователях, переключающих и усилительных устройствах, в регулируемых электроприводах. Транзисторы соответствуют ТУ 16−729.308−81, ТУ 16−729.911−81 и другим стандартам и выпускаются в штыревом (транзисторы ТК 142 от 40 до 63 А и ТК 152 от 80 до 100 А) и фланцевом исполнении.
Транзисторы допускают эксплуатацию при температуре окружающей среды от +60 до -45°С при атмосферном давлении 0,085—0,105 МПа, относительной влажности 98% при 35 °C. Максимально допустимая температура перехода от-45, -60 до +125, +100.
Обозначения основных параметров:
Рк шах — наибольшая постоянная мощность, рассеиваемая коллектором;
/шах — длительно допустимый наибольший постоянный ток коллектора;
/ки шах — наибольший допустимый импульсный ток коллектора (tH = = 10 мс);
UK3 тах — наибольшее постоянное напряжение коллектор-эмиттер;
Uкэи шах — наибольшее импульсное напряжение коллектор-эмиттер;
UK3 нас — напряжение насыщения коллектор-эмиттер;
/кн — ток насыщения коллектора;
h23 — коэффициент передачи тока в схеме с общим эмиттером;
7б тах — наибольший допустимый постоянный ток базы;
иэб тах — наибольшее допустимое постоянное напряжение эмиттербаза;
Frp — допустимая (граничная) частота.
