Диссертация
Семейный аденоматоз толстой кишки (САТК) является наследственным заболеванием, передающимся по аутосомно-доминантному типу, и характеризуется поражением толстой кишки множеством полипов, нередко с возникновением глубоких метаболических нарушений и неизбежным развитием рака к 40 — 50 годам в случае отсутствия своевременного хирургического лечения (14, 27, 28, 32, 33, 34, 37, 50, 61).
