Дополнен ряд традиционных показателей оценки психиатрической помощи при привлечении позиции пациентов и их близких: показана важность учета удовлетворенности лечением (соответствия жизненных и реабилитационных потребностей возможностям помощи), качества жизни пациента, снижения объективного (потеря дохода) и субъективного бремени семьи (дистресс, чрезмерно выражаемые эмоции).
