Целью исследования являлись поиск, выделение и очистка литических бактериофагов Р. aeruginosa, полное определение последовательностей их геномов, расшифровка, углубленный анализ, сочетание с данными протеомов тех же фагов, установление закономерностей строения геномов гомологичных бактериофагов и вариативности в пределах таксономического вида, оценка пригодности данного вида для клинических… Читать ещё >
