Диссертация
Наибольшей диагностической точностью болезни Вильсона в педиатрии обладают параметры суточной экскреции меди с мочой и количественное содержание меди в ткани печени. У детей оптимальными соотношениями чувствительности и специфичности обладают следующие значения критериев: церулоплазмин 16,8 мг/дл (83,2%- 87,3%), суточная экскреция меди с мочой 50,2 мкг/сут (94,6%, 92,7%), суточная экскреция меди… Читать ещё >
