Клинико-генетические исследования наследственной предрасположенности к раку толстой кишки
Диссертация
На следующем этапе выбраны гены GSTM1, кодирующий глютатион-S-трансферазу Ml, TS, кодирующий тимидилат синтазу, по которым имелись предварительные данные об их возможном участии в процессе развития карциномы толстого кишечника. Полученные данные указывают на «разнонаправленность» действия генов GSTM1 и TS — делеции гена GSTM1 могут играть защитную роль, в то время как делеции гена TS способствуют… Читать ещё >
