Исследование механизма цитотоксического действия гидроксикобаламина (витамина B12b) в сочетании с аскорбиновой кислотой на опухолевые клетки in vitro
Диссертация
Впервые исследованы кинетические особенности гибели ряда опухолевых клеток под действием витамина В^ъ в сочетании с АК in vitro, оценено характерное время инициации необратимого повреждения клеток. Установлено, что цитотоксическое действие системы «В^ь + С» опосредовано сорбцией Впь клетками.
