Оптимизация терапии больных атопическим дерматитом с применением ультрафиолетового излучения длиной волны 350-400 нм
Диссертация
В пораженной коже больных атопическнм дерматитом в отличие от здоровых добровольцев регистрируется достоверное увеличение экспрессии у-интерферона в дерме, указывающее на наличие хронического иммунного воспаления. В процессе лечения у больных с клиническим выздоровлением выявляется более выраженная положительная динамика содержания у-ИФН+ клеток в коже (р=0,004), по сравнению с пациентами… Читать ещё >
