Иммунохимические и молекулярно-генетические свойства вируса алеутской болезни (Aleutian disease virus) , циркулирующего на юге Приморского края, и разработка методов его диагностики
Диссертация
Впервые получена кроличья поликлональная антисыворотка к дальневосточному изоляту вируса (ADV-DV) и доказано его антигенное родство с другими штаммами ADV в РДД. С помощью РИЭФ определен процент гомологии между ними. Показано, что ADV-DV имеет как видо-, так и индивидуальные штаммоспецифические эпитопы.
