3.1.1. Изучение закона распределения значений циклина в опухолевых клетках РМЖ у женщин пожилого возраста, принимающих тамоксифен в адъювантном режиме и не имеющих рецидивирование и прогрессию заболевания в течение 5 лет.
3.1.2. Изучение закона распределения значений циклина 01 в опухолевых клетках РМЖ у женщин пожилого возраста, принимающих тамоксифен в адъювантном режиме и имеющих рецидивирование и прогрессию заболевания в течение 5 лет.
3.1.3. Анализ взаимосвязи между уровнем экспрессии циклина и безрецидивной выживаемостью в исследуемых группах.
3.1.4. ЯОС анализ прогностической способности уровня экспрессии циклина в клетка РМЖ в исследуемых группах.
3.2. Роль уровня экспрессии циклина на безрецидивную выживаемость пациентов.
3.2.1. Анализ безрецидивной выживаемости у женщин пожилого возраста с экспрессией циклина Б1 в опухоли менее 30% после адъювантного приема тамоксифена по поводу РМЖ.
3.2.2. Анализ безрецидивной выживаемости у женщин пожилого возраста с экспрессией циклина в опухоли более 30% после адъювантного приема тамоксифена по поводу РМЖ.
3.2.3. Оценка влияния экспрессии циклина на безрецидивную выживаемость в исследуемых группах женщин пожилого возраста РМЖ, получающих тамоксифен в адъювантном режиме в течение 5 лет.
3.2.4. Анализ безрецидивной выживаемости у женщин пожилого возраста с РМЖ, принимающих анастрозол, назначенный в адъювантном режиме при высоком уровне экспрессии циклина
3.2.5. Оценка влияния экспрессии циклина на эффективность адъювантного лечения тамоксифеном и анастрозолом РМЖ у женщин пожилого возраста.
