В работе исследовали механизм активации генами rol шикиматного биосинтетического пути. В качестве модельного объекта использовали клеточные культуры ценного лекарственного растения Rubia cordifolia L. (марена сердцелистная) не трансформированные контроль) и трансформированные генами rolB и rolC.
