Диссертация
Имеющийся на сегодняшний день экспериментальный материал свидетельствует, что инициация любого из перечисленных механизмов гибели клетки при гипоксии происходит при снижении внутриклеточного уровня АТФ. Однако в литературе рассматривается возможность гибели клеток не в результате снижения уровня АТФ, а ингибирования электронтранспортной функции митохондриальной дыхательной цепи.
