Кроме того, практически не изучена ассоциация с прогрессированием нефропатий полиморфного маркера 4а/4Ь гена эндотелиальной синтетазы оксида азота (NOS3). Обнаруженная связь этого полиморфного маркера с уровнем нитратов и нитритов в плазме крови (у лиц с генотипом 4а/4а средний уровень этих соединений на 20% ниже, чем у носителей аллеля 4Ъ), позволяет говорить о генетическом контроле уровня… Читать ещё >
