Применение антисмысловых олигонуклеотидов к мРНК генов HRK и FASL при культивировании in vitro ооцитов и эмбрионов человека
Диссертация
Терапевтический эффект АсОДН распространяется на эмбрионы со сниженным качеством (умеренная степень фрагментации, 25−50%), но не на эмбрионы с возможной летальной патологией (высокая степень фрагментации, более 50%). При сочетанном воздействии HRK и FASL АсОДН шанс достигнуть беременности методом ЭКО в 2,56 раз больше, чем в группе интактного контроля (р=0,056), и в 4,78 раз больше, чем в группе… Читать ещё >
