Диссертация
Обобщенный анализ результатов настоящего исследования демонстрирует роль АОБ в стабилизации и модуляции активности как простых, так и сложных ферментных белков. Варьируя параметры процесса модификации биополимеров: структуру гомологов АОБ, их концентрации, время взаимодействия с белком — можно направленно регулировать эффективность ферментативных реакций.
