Актуальность проблемы. На протяжении многих лет в физиологии господствовало представление о том, что регуляция кровотока в органах осуществляется исключительно за счет изменения гидравлического сопротивления мелких артериальных сосудов (мелких артерий и артериол, называемых также резистивными сосудами).
