Поражения легких при ревматоидном артрите
Диссертация
Интерстициальная пневмония выявлена у 12% больных РА и сопровождалась изменениями МСКТ-картины легких по типу легочного фиброза у 7% пациентов и по типу организующейся пневмонии' — у 5% пациентов. У 47% больных РА при МСКТ легких выявлены изменения по типу локального или симметричного базального легочного фиброза, не сопровождающиеся формированием «сотового легкого», рестриктивными нарушениями… Читать ещё >
