Диссертация
Рассчитано магнетосопротивление многослойной структуры току, перпендикулярному плоскости слоев (СРР), который описывает случай, когда последовательные ферромагнитные слои структуры намагничены неколлинеарно. Исследовано влияние интерференции между волновыми функциями электронов с различным направлением проекции спина на ось намагниченности, возникающее в неколлинеарной конфигурации.
