Оптимизация клинико-лабораторного мониторинга после ортотопической трансплантации печени
Значимыми лабораторными показателями для прогноза осложнений и летальности после трансплантации печени являются: активность ферментов цитолиза, холестаза, параметры свертывающей системы крови, концентрация продуктов азотного обмена, уровень тромбоцитов и величина иммунорегуля-торного индекса.
