Научная новизна. Предложен единый комплексный подход к диагностике и лечению хронического тазового болевого синдрома, вызванного невралгией полового нерва и миофасциальным синдромом в мышцах дна таза. Впервые разработан диагностический алгоритм для этой группы больных. Предложен и обоснован метод чрезкожной радиочастотной деструкции миотонических узлов в мышцах тазового дна.
