В отечественной литературе встречаются лишь единичные работы, посвященные изучению эффективности эндоваскулярных вмешательств у больных с истинными БСКА. Отсутствуют четкие рекомендации по выбору стратегии бифуркационного стентирования, сведения о факторах риска развития осложнений эндоваскулярных вмешательств и возможностях улучшения прогноза таких пациентов.
