Диссертация
На твердых средах вырастает не более 1−3% планктонных бактерий, определяемых прямым счетом. Поэтому до недавнего времени видовой состав бактериопланктона оставался практически неизвестным. Появление методов молекулярно-генетической идентификации бактерий позволяет надеяться, что методические трудности описания бактериального звена водных экосистем будут преодолены и описание микробного звена… Читать ещё >
