Прогнозирование ранних постгоспитальных исходов инфаркта миокарда в условиях типичной клинической практики
Диссертация
Выявлены клинически значимые различия в диагностике и течении острого ИМ у мужчин и женщин. Женщины старше, чаще имеют в анамнезе АГ и СД, вдвое реже госпитализируются в первые часы заболевания, у 25% ИМ не диагностируется при поступлении. У женщин моложе 60 лет имеется высокий риск формирования стойкой элевации БТ на ЭКГ, свидетельствующий о неблагоприятном прогнозе. У мужчин — чаще фиксируется… Читать ещё >
