Диссертация
Полученные на предыдущем этапе данные имеют фундаментальное значение и служат обоснованием для дальнейших разработок. Использованный путь введения креатина непригоден для клиники, а его парентеральное введение или добавление в диету оказывается малоэффективным ввиду чрезвычайно низкой проницаемости ГЭБ.
