Течение и исходы ишемической болезни сердца у больных, получающих лечение хроническим гемодиализом
Диссертация
Впервые на основании длительного проспективного наблюдения, выявлены клинические факторы, ассоциированные с прогрессированием ИБС у больных, получающих лечение хроническим гемодиализом. По результатам 48-часового мониторирования ЭКГ и артериального давления показана существенная вариабельность ишемии миокарда в пределах междиализного интервала.
