Диссертация
Линию клеток, трансформированной вирусом эритролейкемии птиц HD3 (клон А6 линии LSCC) культивировали в среде DMEM (Dulbecco's modified Eagles medium) с добавлением 8% фетальной бычьей сыворотки, 2% куриной сыворотки, 100 ед./мл пенициллина и 100 мкг/мл стрептомицина.
