- Зефир должен соответствовать требованиям настоящих технических условий и вырабатываться по рецептуре и технологической инструкции с соблюдением санитарных норм и правил для производства кондитерских изделий, утвержденных в установленном порядке.
- Основные потребительские характеристики22.1 Зефир вырабатывается штучным, весовым или фасованным.
- Количество штук в 1 кг не менее 28,22.2 По органолептическим показателям зефир должен соответствовать требованиям, приведенным в таблице 1.
