Диссертация
Выделяют аутоиммунные и аллоиммунные нарушения, ведущие к отторжению эмбриона. При аллоиммунных нарушениях иммунный ответ женщины направлен против антигенов ребенка, полученных от отца и являющихся потенциально чужеродными для организма матери. При аутоиммунных процессах реакции иммунной системы направлены против тканей материнского организма, а плод страдает вторично в результате повреждений… Читать ещё >
