Фагоцитоз и естественный лизис микробных клеток является основным источником микробных фрагментов — продуктов распада микробного клеточного материала — липидов, аминокислот, пептидов, углеводов, а также мелких молекул — мономеров разрушаемых белков, углеводов и липидов.
