Апоптоз-модулирующие эффекты биназы в фагоцитирующих клетках
Диссертация
Объект настоящего исследования — РНКаза Bacillus intermedius (биназа). Выбор биназы для изучения потенциальной апоптоз-модулирующей активности в клетках крови не случаен. Он обусловлен тем, что биназа принадлежит к одному из наиболее хорошо изученных микробных ферментов и обладает способностью избирательно подавлять рост некоторых линий онкотрансформированных клеток, переводя их на путь апоптоза… Читать ещё >
