Диссертация
Впервые в отечественной медицине проведен сравнительный анализ влияния различных типов экзогенных сурфактантов, в том числе нового синтетического препарата Сурфаксин, на функцию дыхания у младенцев с РДС, частоту развития осложнений, связанных с основным заболеванием, длительностью ИВЛ и продолжительностью лечения в отделении реанимации и интенсивной терапии.
