Для идентификации меланоцитов в коже используют различные меланоцитарные маркеры, такие как tyrosinase, NKI-beteb, НМВ-45, S-100, TRP-1, TRP-2 и другие, но ни один из них не обладает абсолютной специфичностью и чувствительностью.
