Диссертация
Показано, что использование импульсного биполярного питания магнетрона для реактивного распыления Zn: Al мишени устраняет негативное влияние зоны эрозии мишени на электрические характеристики получаемых пленок легированного алюминием оксида цинка на подложке в области, соответствующей проекции зоны эрозии мишени.
