Изучение морбилливируса байкальской нерпы методами молекулярной биологии
Диссертация
В ходе изучения вируса байкальской нерпы разработан и синтезирован ряд морбилливирусных праймеров для выявления и тонкого анализа любой морбилливирусной инфекции с помощью метода полимеразной цепной реакции. Отработанные методики позволяют быстро, без применения трудоёмкой стадии культивирования вируса подтвердить или опровергнуть наличие морбилливирусной инфекции, а в сочетании с методами… Читать ещё >
