Роль нарушений функции щитовидной железы при реализации программ ЭКО у пациенток с бесплодием
Диссертация
По мнению большинства авторов неудачи реализации репродуктивной функции не связаны напрямую с наличием аутоантител к щитовидной железе, а могут быть следствием генерализованного аутоиммунного дисбаланса, приводящего к снижению фертильности, нарушению имплантации и развития беременности.
