Структурные исследования новых секреторных белков из обоятельного эпителия крысы
Диссертация
Гидролиз очищенного и модифицированного 45-кДа белка проводили в обычно принятых условиях. Разделение продуктов протеолиза 45-кДа белка проводили обратно фазовой ВЭЖХ на колонке 0,46×25 см Ultrasphere С18 (Beckman, USA) в градиенте ацетонитрила в водном растворе 0,1% ТФУ (рис.9). Анализ N-концевых аминокислотных остатков показал, что фракции L1-L5 являются гомогенными и не требуют дальнейшей… Читать ещё >
