Целью данной работы являлось конструирование векторов на основе Ад птиц CELO и Ад5 для доставки и экспрессии in vitro и in vivo терапевтического гена HSV-tk, а также репортерного гена EGFP, исследование экспрессии и функциональной активности продуктов экспрессии в культурах клеток млекопитающих, сравнение эффективности доставки и экспрессии HSV-tk векторами на основе CELO и Ад5, а также изучение… Читать ещё >
