Роль полиморфных вариантов генов-регуляторов апоптоза: поли (АДФ-рибозы) полимеразы-1, апоптозиндуцирующего фактора и р53 в патогенезе ишемического инсульта
Диссертация
В настоящее время исследования в области генетики ишемического инсульта ведутся по нескольким направлениям. Проводится изучение роли кандидатных генов, участвующих в формировании основных факторов риска цереброваскулярной патологии. В рамках этих исследований изучаются полиморфные варианты генов ренин-ангиотензиновой системы, МЭ-синтаз, генов атерогенеза и гемостаза. В ходе исследований… Читать ещё >
