Молекулярно-генетическое изучение наследственной предрасположенности к развитию хронического алкоголизма в популяциях якутов и эвенков Республики Саха (Якутия)
По распределению частот генотипов полиморфных маркеров VNTR гена SLC6A3 для якутской популяции и HTTLPR гена 5-НТТ для эвенкийской популяции обнаружено несоответствие распределению Харди-Вайнберга, что можно объяснить «эффектом основателя», а также давлением генетического дрейфа (играющее значительную роль в малочисленных популяциях) в данных коренных популяциях РС (Я).
