nother important thing he advises is to be a partner instead of a prosecutor for a child. &# 160;Ron Clark gives an example from his experience when he saw a pupil cheating on a test, and then parents called a lawyer because they thought that a teacher had called their son a liar and a criminal. A.
s the author himself says that it may sound crazy but principals all across the country are telling him that more and more lawyers are accompanying parents for school meetings dealing with their children. The author comes to a conclusion that teachers' hands are completely tied. I n conclusion of the article he says the following: We know you love your children. W e love them, too.
W e understand that your love for them is great. B ut we want just to ask you — and beg of you — to trust us, support us and work with the system, not against it.
W e need you to have our backs, and we need you to give us the respect we deserve. L ift us up and make us feel appreciated, and we will work even harder to give your child the best education possible. My opinion is that parents sometimes underestimate teacher’s work and do not understand that these people really teach their children and it can be tough sometimes.
I agree with the author and support his point of view.
