Научная новизнаС помощью разработанного метода выявления СХО, сформировавшихся в разных циклах деления клеток, получены новые данные о закономерностях действия радиации на хромосомы. Показано, чтоппри низких концентрациях 5-БДУ (10 М) в клетках китайского хомячка наблюдаются только спонтанные СХО (0,10 СХО на хромосому в течение каждого цикла репликации).
