Научная новизна. Впервые исследовано влияние бычьего пролактина на выделение и миграцию первого полярного тельца относительно метафазы II, на эффективность «слепой энуклеации», а также на развитие клонированных эмбрионов в зависимости от продолжительности созревания ооцитов крупного рогатого скота in vitro.
